CE-IVD secretoneurin ELISA
CardiNor has developed a CE‑IVD marked ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of secretoneurin in blood samples.
Designed for use in both clinical laboratories and research settings, the assay provides a robust, standardised, and validated method for secretoneurin measurement.

Automated high-throughput solution
To support scalable and automated testing, CardiNor is currently adapting the secretoneurin assay to a high-throughput automated CLIA platform. This work is part of an ongoing technology transfer programme, with RUO testing becoming available in our service laboratory in the near term.

CardiNor shares a dedicated service laboratory with Pre Diagnostics, providing direct access to biomarker analysis within a well-established, quality-controlled environment. The laboratory is equipped with multiple immunoassay platforms, enabling the use of a broad range of commercially available assay kits depending on project requirements. While the technical infrastructure support broad assay flexibility, our primary focus is within cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases, where we have extensive scientific experience.
